Our staffing process is similar to hiring someone in the United States. You interview candidates, and if you find a suitable fit for your project, you offer them a job and sign an agreement to pay them accordingly. The only difference is that, for the same talent, you would need to pay around four times more in the United States.

Our developers will show up to work on time and be available as outlined in the agreement. Your team will assign them tasks, and they will work on them. If you are satisfied with their performance, you can keep them. If not, you still need to pay them and let them go or replace them, just like companies do in the United States.

Based on milestones or hours worked, we'll discuss payment terms during the initial agreement process to ensure clarity and transparency.

If you need to replace a team member for any reason, simply let us know, and we'll work with you to find a suitable replacement. We'll handle the transition smoothly to minimize any disruptions to your project.
